A whole horse assessment is conducted prior to dental work. Initial evaluation of TMJ movement patterns and natural occlusion, followed by dental adjustments to the incisors and molars using hand floats and speculum. I use mindfulness techniques to keep the horse calm and at ease and keep the experience low stress and fear free. The horse is naturally positioned and allowed to put it's head low to the ground during the procedure to enable maximum comfort. For horses, mules, donkeys, minis.
